Service Terms & Liability Policy – CenLa Mobile Lube Co.
By scheduling or receiving service from CenLa Mobile Lube Co., the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Service Authorization
The customer authorizes CenLa Mobile Lube Co. to perform requested maintenance services on the vehicle, including oil changes and related vehicle maintenance services.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle including make, model, year, engine type, and any known mechanical issues. CenLa Mobile Lube Co. is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Pre-Existing Conditions
CenLa Mobile Lube Co. is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, worn components, oil leaks, stripped threads, damaged drain plugs, or previously damaged engine components discovered during or after service.
Oil Capacity and Vehicle Specifications
Vehicle oil capacity and specifications may vary depending on engine configuration. CenLa Mobile Lube Co. will make reasonable efforts to verify specifications; however, final oil levels and capacities may vary slightly depending on vehicle design.
Limitation of Liability
CenLa Mobile Lube Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services performed. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the cost of the service performed.
Customer Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting the service area and vehicle condition after service is completed. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Mobile Service Conditions
Because services are performed at customer locations, CenLa Mobile Lube Co. is not responsible for environmental conditions, property damage unrelated to the service performed, or access limitations at the service location.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. CenLa Mobile Lube Co. reserves the right to charge additional fees for additional oil required beyond standard service amounts.
Agreement to Terms
By scheduling a service through this website, by phone, or in person, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these service terms and liability conditions.
